Merged POE 1 & 2 accounts, now only poe 1 toon shows PSN

After I merged poe 1 & 2, only my poe 1 toon shows but I have 2 account numbers. The new account for poe 2 shows no toons but I have a lvl 90 sorc. I can't use loot filters because of this. It sucks, please someone help. I can still play my poe 2 toon but how can I get it to show on my account properly so I can use filters?

" Hello! You can switch between sub-accounts by using the 'Switch Account' option at the top of the website, or on the character select screen in-game. You can view all of your characters on the Rename Character page of your profile. If you have an unwanted sub-account, you can request that sub-account be deleted at support@grindinggear.com! Again, no one understands the problem. Sigh. My poe 1 toon is attached/switched to my poe 2 account and my poe 2 toon is missing. Your solution is not an option and I can not use trading site because of this bug/error.
