Playstation Purchase For $150 Upgrade NOT Given Or Applied

Hi Admins/Staff Of PoE 2,
Well as the title states, i bought the upgrade for "Founders Pack - King Of Faradun" this morning like 12 hours ago for $150.. I probably would have bought the highest pack cos im LOVING ❤️ PoE 2! But anyways bought it through the PS Store.. I recieved confirmation and Order and Reciept Number and Transaction ID and even recieved PS Reward points for the purchase.. However.. Both PS Store and PoE 2 Site did not give me anything.. I bought before via PS Store and got Messages via Mail here straight away for Microtransactions for Shop.. But yeah.. 12 nearly 13 hours later still havent recieved what i paid for nor have been updated on whats going on.. I just want my COSMETICS.. And im not seeking a refund or anything i just want what i paid for As PS stating i paid for it and it went through and its already done and dusted on their end yet.. i havent got squat.. im not Mad.. but.. i am just getting stressed why its taken so long to get help.. yes i have emailed support but last response was 10 Hours Ago though.. Hats of to them for fast response good qork but since that email reply nothing.. Please sort this out.. i want my pet octopus and more Storage space! Cheers! Last bumped on Feb 13, 2025, 12:43:43 AM

Thats all i wanted to hear mate 😀 Thank you for informing me and giving/setting my expectations 😀 As i said im not Mad i was just "Anxious" Thanks again and ill eait for the update or email from support! Also i had another question.. For PS users we never had the opyion to buy anything larger then the $150 Pack is there a way for me to get the Highest tier package still via Playstation Store? Or was it exclusive only for PC/Xbox? Cheers and Thank you for your time 😀 |
