I sent you a ticket 1 month ago. 1 month ago you said that you had locked my account for my account security, that you would contact us again after scanning for viruses and that you would unlock my account. The name of the employee who said this is Clint. I have not received any response even though 1 month has passed. I have not been able to play the game I bought by paying money for 1 month because of your disgraceful support system and I cannot return it either. My in-game name is ShiroXIII#0518 please unlock my account already, it has been 1 month.
