I guess you got lucky. I tried that and game still would freeze

" Yea i still got that freeze, but, i can go do task manager, and turn off poe that way, not by pressing reset button (u can try turn on music, if its off, then yea, but if not press Ctrl+Alt+del, then u can try to navigate via arrow keys and press del to shut down poe) |

" I found that changing the game mode from full screen to windowed at least allowed me to close out POE using the Task Manager. I was able to play almost all day yesterday, today I've been getting the system locking freeze anytime I try to play at all, on any character. I'm giving up until this is fixed, still using WIN 10, 22H2 for what it's worth. |

I changed the setting from Direct X 11 to Vulkan and played a couple hours and didn’t get any crashes so that may work for some people.

I've tried all of the fixes and even third party programs. Nothing seems to help for me. So frustrated with this dumb event.

Played since the hotfix patch with no issue but today got the hard freeze.
