Please Help with my Stormweaver Spark MoM EB CI build, noob to PoE

Cleared +3 Simulacrum tonight. I think I fell below 20% mana a couple times but always had plenty of Malestrom's to refill myself. I dunno where "mid tier" ends in your opinion guy, but I definitely seem to be doing fine.

Not going to argue it any further but if you're reading this wondering if you should try a non-CI build I'd say give it a shot see how it works for you.
