I bought points and didn't get...
In the update that was inserted the new map tab, I bought 100 points to be able to acquire the tab on sale, and to this day I did not receive my points. I'm feeling robbed as I tried to contact you via email and wasn't answered. In fact, on other occasions, such as when I bought the game also via steam and bought tabs there and I can not use it on PlayStation 5, as well as the tabs purchased on PlayStation 5 I cannot use it on steam. So if I have items in those tabs, I can't pick up on different platforms. I've sent several emails to support and they never answer me. It even seems like I'm shopping at some unknown online store that doesn't support gamers. Apart from the fact that those who play on the computer have much more financial advantages than those who play video games, with the absurd and abusive prices applied to players.
I am extremely disappointed with GGG with this lack of player support. I am very sorry to have spent my money that it was not easy to get in this game. Last bumped on Feb 22, 2025, 8:38:41 PM

Yeah this has been an issue the past few days. I had it happen and eventually requested a refund through the PS store and rebiught them in the micro transaction store in game and that solved it.
I emailed GGG about the issue and they were super great about getting back to me quickly and letting me know that it's a known issue they're investigating. |

same here. that support team in my case is Mr. Logan (not even the real name probably) he contact me, i gave all my data (and i dont need to) and they just ignored me for 2 days. i already contatcted sony to solve my problem and take some actions agains this support team (GGG responsible) cause this is a robbery and fortunelly we get all data from purchase in psn. they need to pay for ignoring ppl when we talking about real money.

I just used the live chat support and said that the product didn't work as intended and that I purchased in-game currency from the PS Store and it did not load onto my linked account for path of exile 2. They granted it pretty much immediately without much questioning.
I don't think there is a robbery going on folks..I think there is some sort of a communication error between the stand alone PS store and the PoEs accounts. It works fine if you go through the micro transaction store in game. GGG apparently is working on it. Probably takes some involvement and participation from Sony as well. It sucks but I'm confident they'll get this resolved soon...it's in there best interest as a company that wants to make money to assure people can spend money with them with confidence |

This issue has been happening for a month now, for me at least. By the number of complains here on the forum alone they gotta be aware of this issue. YET they are not disabling the option to buy the currency nor aknoledging the issue, so i agree, its a robbery as im pretty sure a lot of people are not lucky enough to get refunded myself included

The fact that you want to claim it's a robbery and not a technical issue to be resolved and not actual malicious makes me think you probably won't be getting a refund though. |

I've emailed them a month ago, no response, no response from PS support as well, do you want me to stay quiet and accept defeat ? Its their loss either way, im the type of guy that spends a lot of money on games mtx. NEVER had this type of issue with any game i`ve played.

" No response from PS support is a lie 100%. Cut that shit out. It is a chat customer support client that gets your refund and is available 24/7 I emailed GGG my receipt from the PS store purchase that didn't go through, I had the refund processed via PS Store, then let GGG know who then restored the tabs I wanted from the sale onto my account. I didn't do anything special, I'm not some preferred customer. My previous comment questioning whether you would actually be capable personally of getting a refund was clearly a correct assumption to make. You are not really approaching this conversation with the attitude or candor that would get any customer service employee to do something for you. But it's fine if you don't want to spend money on mtx. I don't normally buy max and am with PoE 2 regularly so I'm sure it will balance out. |
