Its their job to receive customer problems about their software and act upon it or pass it foward to the devs if they dont have the tools to do so. What is it called when you pay for a service but never get the service ? A donation ? What a simp If the customer support is not acting upon a MTX problem because im talking about it in the forum is a mind-blowing thing to assume. If thats the case they are directly impacting the income of the company as they could have fixed the issue and KEPT the money, instead, they are losing it. I've wrote you few emails already with no reply. I've purchased 200 coins 4 days ago and i don't see the coins in my account. The purchase has been made on my PS5 console and i got message from PlayStation Network that the purchase has been made. I do not see the coins in my account - why is that? the support team requested for data for my account like account number and character list - the info has been provided but I still have no coins, and also this email was the last one that I received from the GGG support team. What should I do to get my coins? kind regards |

The problem itself is not the problem of making a mistake in the transaction or some bug. The problem is that you spend, do not receive, try to contact GGG by email and have no response... That's why I talked about theft. If there was at least one response from them, even if it were an apology, I wouldn't talk about theft. But it offers you a product, you pay for it and expect at least one response from the company if there is any problem or error of the system if they are informed...
For you who pay in Dollars, it may be a low value, but for us in Brazil, this value is high. But regardless of whether the value is high or not, a product was purchased and needs to be delivered and GGG needs to comment on it. I made the chargeback with the PS people, and just made a new purchase due to comments on this post. But again I didn't get the amount on the account. I wanted at least them to respond to the emails they sent. But it's hard... |

" Contact support through PlayStation stores live chat support function on their website and ask for a refund there. Tell them you purchased in game currency and it fails to load onto your linked account. They might ask you to troubleshoot the problem via restoring the license too, but that won't work so just do it and act surprised then get the refund. Then purchase the points in the in game mtx shop and they will load onto your account just fine |
