I think it's sad so many people are angry. Not everything has to cater to the entire player base.
With so many new players I'm sure there will be some new faces winning these items. It's nice to know the approximate timeline for the 0.2.0, thanks! |

Judging from the comments, I'm wondering WHO this "race" is really for?
Is there gonna be some secret special number crunch in the background for balancing? Like "what class wins fastest"? Some special angle you're looking at for coding? Like "what obstacles are really bothersome"? This is an early access game, right? That means the people working on the game are too busy for special competitions, right? Where did the time come into play for this? What manager meeting was someone like "Hey, I know every time table is behind, but I got this idea..." I mean, not gonna stop playing, but come on, my time is valuable, worry about "games within the game" when 1.0 is out. |

I could not give less of a shit about these.
6 sweaty streamers will win something for doing something uninteresting... Old school POE in a way that honestly should have stayed old and forgotten. Aaaaannnyway... Pandering to players who don't want consequences for their mistakes is a perfect description of what went fundamentally wrong with D3 and 4.
If they wanted mindless mobile game time waster gameplay they sure did make some perplexing choices and marketing statements for 6 fucking years. |

Totally dissapointed in the event also.
Nice to know there's an ETA for 0.2.0. But even then, with the way GGG handle thing since the start of the EA I'm not getting my hopes up for the new patch. I DO hope they will surprise us, but I fear the change will be too few to matter. And between GGG, and players on both side of the fence, this is a real Shitshow. Someone want popcorn? |

this is the dumbest event to have right now for poe 2 while you have one going on for poe 1 and only 6 people per class out of all the people that play poe 2 and on top of that you pick a rarity item lol this is the beginning of the downfall ggg splitting resources between 2 games and pulling something like this is terrible man i really had high hopes for yall but just keep digging yall own grave
