Odd items.
First one sacrifices 2 slots for avoiding stacking strength in a game where stat stacking is the strongest building method.
Second one occasionally turns your divines into gold.

Use this month wisely, guys.
I like this new direction for Bringer of Rain.... but this implementation is one of the worst uniques I've ever seen. Deleting your body armour and also locking in garbage stats on your helmet is so much worse than the keystone tripling attribute requirements. Like this unique is so aggressively bad I would probably put it only slightly better than veil of the night. The stats on this helmet are so bad I think it would be a questionable unique even if it didn't remove your body armour. This unique needs to provide so much more to justify not only removing your most important armour slot, but also locking in a bad helmet.

Maybe it could use some interesting extra bonuses, like more attack speed while dual wielding two-handed weapons, and/or +flat% block chance. It certainly needs a hell of a lot more than this.

Reduced attack speed on an item, in a game that is already too slow to begin with and with level requirements that are too high to make use of for early game and outshined by even basic rare gear late game. Anything with a downside needs a proper positive side but its always so watered down.

Meh... neither of these seem all that spectacular. As a titan who runs 0 mana, mana regen on a hammer is worthless.

I don't really know how come nobody in the HQ was like you know what => those items are not really that good (they would be a LOT Better if you removed corrupted and gold shrine which are absolute garbage and actual debuffs).

As for the helm => you do realize you've literally striped this helm out of any usable stat (except for dual wield) and what's more it takes away most important inventory slot for building defences?

Every single character running this helm has to literally resistance cap itself using -2 items. Sure you can do some fancy things with Adorned and Corrupted Jewels but that's very very late game.

Unless stat stacking gets nerfed to the very very ground this thing is unlikely to pull ahead of any current build unless I am missing something.

What's more you have to build somehow defensive layer for your character and as of now you do that using either ES or Cloak of Flame (cuz this item is directed to Warriors). It's really REALLY hard to build decent defensive layer for a character without a chest piece and here we are also losing a helm slot (bye bye Disdain)

Unless some other uniques get introduced which build your defence heavily based on your weapon pdps I don't see this being viable in any way. Also since you don't have a chestpiece you are forced to get your spirit from the Amulet/AtD.

Maybe I am just stupid. Maybe I am missing something important. I am ok with those items existing but the fact that YOU'VE CHOOSEN TO TEASE A PATH WITH THOSE PARTICULAR TWO ITEMS WORRIES ME GREATLY AS A PLAYER. That there was really nobody there saying - uh guys those items are not really good (a specially the helm - people may take this as us not really understanding current POE2 problems is very concerning).

The Mace will likely by playable if you fix shrines (removing corrupted and gold one WHICH YOU SHOULD).

Currently in the game we've Gold, Corrupt, Fire, Lightning, Ice, Chaos, Movespeed, Crit, Rarity, Experience that means 2 out of 10 shrines are actually HEAVY DEBUFFS.
