Game crashes to desktop with no error

Having the same crashing issues. Basically crashes after an hour of gameplay. Running an AMD 7950X3D, Windows 11 (24H2), and a 3080. Never had any consistent crashing issues prior the most recent patch.

Same here. 4070ti i5-13600k. Windows 11 24h2. Have every setting turned to default and crashing every hourish.

ive posted about this a couple times now and no response. its been goin on for me since poe 2 EA came out on both games. such a terrible experience trying to play when all you do is crash every so often

I just want to reiterate that the way I fix this is to reinstall my GPU drivers after every PC reboot/turn on. Fixes it 100%... until the next time I have to restart my system.
Just FYI for those players who want to keep playing through this issue. |

So GGG, I have given here the 100% fix for this problem. You reinstall your GPU drivers. Surely that narrows down the issue significantly, and gives your devs more than a fighting chance to isolate what is causing this.
It's not sometimes. It's not even most times. It's every single time. Reinstalling GPU drivers fixes the issue until the next reboot. I will upload any system configuration details that could help, if requested. |

The problem isn't isolated to windows or nvidia cards, it's happening for me too on linux mint w/ amd rx6700 card using stock amdgpu/MESA drivers, kernel 6.12.15

Reinstalling your gpu drivers is NOT the answer.
First map in still getting the lag / freezing after a complete factory reset & reinstall. |
