Settlers Mystery Box Redemption

Just had a question with the settlers Box.. I have one in consumables Tab but cant open it on PS5.. Says Incorrect Version? I goto the shop here and says its unavailable? So how do i redeem the chest? Cheers~ Last bumped on Mar 23, 2025, 1:30:23 AM

Sorry for late reply here is the inage of the issue/error.. Umm.. How do i post an image here? Ill describe it best i can how it is.. "Cosmetics Tab' First Tab Rewards Picture of Grey Box I own with red background and 'White Text' saying 'Unavailable' Settlers Mystery Box (Yellow) Text) Contains Unknown Item (Blue Text) "This Microtransaction Is Not Supported By This Game Version ' (All Red Text) When i also try to buy or click shop and/or deals on website whilst logged in with PSN Account it goes to page saying This Transaction is Unavailable.. So how do i reedeem? |
