they do reply my email , but after 2month
and they also solve my problem in 1 week |

my experience, they answered me quite fast, and my problem was solved in an hour. perhaps it's because my problem was just a technique one and easy to solve.

I would like to follow up that finally after months of trying to get in touch with GGG they did finally solve my issue. I started contacting them in December on release because I realized the problem in my account pretty early on, and it took till about March for them to help fix it, so dont give up trying to contact! So I would like to retract my statement saying GGG has bad support because that was said out of frustration but they have since solved my problem. Thank you GGG
