What was the purpose of doing "server maintenance" twice just to break it on steam? Does GGG have children doing the updates or what? Another good game and company just taking their fanbase for granted and throwing everything down the drain for a cash-grab "sequel"

Not sure whats happening but everytime after validation and download, i open the game in steam and cant run the game because it asks for download. so its stuck in a loop. pls fix
