Support is trying to get rid of the ticket without help. How can i take legal action ?

GGG locked my friends account after someone logged in to his account.
(for details : https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3734997/page/1#p26004439 )

It has been 4 months we have been trying to reach out. Few days ago support finally decided to move the process forward. To ensure the security of the account, support asked the transaction id proving I have gifted the game to him.

I have provided the the id but support said its not matching with their record.

Now comes the funny part:

I LITERALLY VIDEO PROOFED THE WHOLE THING, OPENED MY TASK MANAGER FOR THEM TO SEE IF THERE IS ANYTHING SHADY RUNNING IN THE BACKGROUND,THEN ENTERED MY STEAM ACCOUNT,THEN SHOWED THE TRANSACTION HISTORY.

Here is an excerpt from the video:

*transaction is on the screen*
"If you cant see the transaction id in your database there are two possibilities:
Id is wrong, which it isnt but we can try to verify it asking via steam support if you are not convinced.
Second option is you have some rows related to transaction info straight up got deleted while you guys were migrating the database (which would be very in line with the database issues in launch). So thats a very technical issue and i presume as a support you would not have much say in this. Can you guys bring this issue to your managing officer so he can ask the DBA's about that possibility ?

From our side all we can provide is the transaction id and the educated guess on what could have happened. Im a software engineer working in the dwh team in my company so i can kinda guess the issue here (albeit it is not a common occurence,it still is the only possibility that makes sense imo)

If all these explanations and information we have provided is not enough, i implore you to bring this matter to your senior so we can resolve this issue.Otherwise this conversation will devolve into reciting whatever is written in support manual pdf and it would detrimental for us all."

At this point im helping the support more than support ever helped us and wanna guess the answer ? :)))

If you have already contacted us at support@grindinggear.com, we will respond to you as soon as we can. We are currently working through a large number of support requests, but please rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.
I think Edmund may have misread your post.

It's great that you want to help your friend, however GGG won't discuss their account with anyone other than the legitimate account owner. Your friend will need to email Support.
"VPs are not required to change their posting style. They are still welcome to express their opinions and take part in any discussions they wish. Their only responsibility is to continue doing what they have always done - posting in a friendly and constructive manner."

He did and thats the response he got, im not taking the matters in my hands in his stead (not sending support mails about the issue or anything like that.), im just an observer and all i did was the video proof.

But as you can see in the first reply, its just automated responses and no communication whatsoever.
