Its been around 11 hours for me... I've tried changing emails linked to account which failed. I've done other account functions which send an email to me and they are sent almost immediately. I've also spammed to send the code and have not received a single reset code email. This actually has been going since the night before the new patch launch. Time to go play BG3 again I guess...
