Unknown object type serialized by server

I'm also getting this error when i got to the first town.
I really want to play :/

I've gotten this 3 times. Twice with portal and Once with a checkpoint

Fix from Steam forums worked for me to get rid of this "Unknown object type serialized by server" error.

Go on Users[users]\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile 2 and delete poe2_production_Config.ini


EDIT: And error reappears anytime portalling to Clearfell.

Can't even log in right now, the moment I join with a toon it crashes. I think its the biggest crash issue right now, hopefully GGG is on it rn.

I delete "poe2_production_Config" file in c:/Users/*username*/Documents/MyGame/Path Of Exile 2/ And my game is working again

Every time I use the portal back to town it triggers

Same for me. Was able to get into the game after 3rd try. I has something to do with the spears. I was moving a spear from the second weapon slot to sell it when I got the message again. I believe the first time I got it was when I picked on up off the ground.

So now I can't get back into my character because of the exception. ;(

I'm getting the same error message, again and again. Can't play the game.
