Cant play longer than 2 mins without this error and a crash.

I've also had this error, both while looking at items in the sell menu, and while looking at options after using a support gem.

Huntress, crashed after killing brannock prior to going up the ramp to Encampment.
2nd crash same error while looking at char customization screen 3rd crash same error while going back to encampment from Hideout. wtf. While the snow remains,
veiled in the haze of evening, a cold leafless branch. Flowers are only flowers because they fall, but thankfully the Wind. |

this same issue regardless of whether DX or Vulkan

got this 3 times now:
1st was when i right clicked my gem tab 2nd was when i ctrl clicked a flask into my stash 3rd was when i ctrl clicked an item to get it disenchanted at the vendor |
