Sadly, even after checking https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/twitch it did not show in game. But it says: Twitch Rewards Your Path of Exile account is currently linked to your Twitch account. Twitch Drops: Your account is eligible to participate in Twitch Drops. Interesting, I had the same problem, it wouldn't load in game. I checked https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/twitch then it showed up in game straight after that. However the pet isn't constant, I used it, relogged, it showed for a few seconds then ran away and disappeared. Not sure if that is intentional or not.
