Spectre: Plague Harvester - Bugged/Not Summoning

First i can click on '+' how many times i wanted like print below

When i try to summon only 1 (100 spirit) says i dont have the enough amount

I have over 228 spirit and can summons other spectre just fine, with 160 cost at moment

Last print showing that i have 228 available on mana bar and still cant summon

I get this spectre from a stronghold box if it helps.

any updates? not fixed?
