Barrage not working with freezing salvo

New Barrage skill doesn't repeat freezing salvo, is this bugged or intentional ?

They didn't work together before 0.2 as well. I believe this is intended, becasue repeating Freezing Salvo wouldn't make much sense. It relies on accumulated "charges", and you spent all of them on first use.
