Crash on loading The Red Vale

Hi,

Since the launch of version 0.2.0, I haven’t been able to play the game.

I’ve tried leveling two different characters. The first time I enter the Red Vale, the zone starts loading and then crashes—with no error message.

After that, every attempt to load the game crashes at the loading screen, still with no error.

I’ve tried different servers and settings, but nothing works.
I also tried loading my old character and entering the zone—same result.

64GB RAM

3440x1440 resolution

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

Loaded a different character

Changed server gateway

Changed all settings (resolution, renderer, FSR, lowered all options)

Rebooted my PC

Launched the game with no other apps running

Unplugged all USB devices

Tried with a different monitor

Reset the shader cache

Changed the shader cache location

Verified game files

Still getting the same crash on load every time
