Incorrect cooldown on skill's tooltip

I'm using the "Expanse" support gem on the skill "Earthquake" which has no base cooldown.
The support gem adds +8s CD with the newest patch, but the tooltip on earthquake still shows the pre-nerf value (+6s).
I don't have any CDR and the actual cooldown is 8 seconds, which is correct.
