Ritualist's Blood Boil doesn't work with Herald of Blood

For me they should work together as a design concept. Doesnt make sense that a monster with Boiling Blood stacks dont have their effect applied on a literal blood explosion from Herald of Blood.

Like, if the blood of the monster is boiling and the Herald of Blood explosion makes that monsters blood hit other monster, why would the boiling effect not apply?

They have now said it was a bug for boils to not go off due to explosions and should be fixed (I believe in today's patch).
