Auto miss (Actually ruining the game)

I know right now there's alot of angry boys complaining about the state that the game is in right now and I actually personally haven't had any of the issues people are saying this league (I consider it a blessing) however please god, can we add an option to toggle the "Auto aim" feature from keyboard and mouse, as far as I'm aware there is an option to toggle it for controller and it isn't present on click to move, it's only on KB+M and WASD. In a group of 6-7 mobs it's 100% guarantee that my contagion will NOT hit the target I'm hovering over, in some cases literally targeting the furthest enemy away. If people are finding it useful (Not the sentiment I've read anywhere) make it a toggle feature, if not please remove this, it's so unbelievably frustrating to have it have a 100% miss rate when it's just completely unnecessary.
