Decaying Hex

Bump. Decaying Hex via Hand of Chayula.

AFter today's patch. This issue continues to not be fixed. It continues to completely stop my build from functioning.

To clarify again, Decaying Hex is not affected by any of the character stats and support gems which should be applied. Increased Chaos damage on gear? Nothing. Swift Affliction support? Nothing, neither damage no duration are altered.

Please please please address this.

I see a new patch is coming. What a perfect opportunity to fix this bug which is still, months later, ruining my characters build.
