POE 2 Infinite loading screen

I just had this happen to me in the trial of chaos area and what worked for me was restarting the game and opening options on the character selection screen. Then i changed my gateway to another server and it loaded me in just fine.

Same here. Wasteland to trials me and my 2 friends all on Xbox. Load screen infinite. Can log into game and other characters but not the one i am playing currently. This is after the new patch btw

Has there been a fix yet? I just got stuck 20 minutes ago. XBox gamertag: x lucky shots x

I am on XBOX. Same Problem as well. Chimeral Wetlands and infinite loading screen. Cant play. Can a Support member please help.

Edit: I started a new character played and switched back. Now it works

Xbox player. Ported out of Trial of Chaos. Stuck on loading screen when going back in,. Tried all fixes previously posted,. no luck.

having the same problem smh this is a crazy bug that shouldnt be in a game

Same with me for PS5. Stuck in loading screen.This happend after coming back to trial of chaos portal. Anybody have a workaround?

The same issue on Xbox Series X when playing in a group

I am a Xbox Series X player who is also having this issue. I stopped playing earlier today in the Chimeral Wetlands and now I’m stuck with an infinite loading screen when I try to log back in. I have tried the usual troubleshooting fixes and none of them have worked.

What worked for me is doing a couch coop. You need another controller for this to work. Login with a different character with first controller and then join with your stuck character using other controller. The game loads on the player 1 map and you can gain control of your stuck character.
