Act 2 Ascent to Power Quest Issue - Unable to Progress (bug)

I'm experiencing a bug with the Ascent to Power quest in Act 2 of Path of Exile. Despite completing Act 2 and progressing into Act 3, I'm unable to complete this quest. The game only displays the message "Return to the Ardura caravan and speak with Zarkha," but when I return, there's no interaction with her.

This issue is blocking my progress in the game, as I need to complete the Ascent to Power quest to access the Sekhemas Trial and fulfill the Chaos Trial requirement in Act 3. Unfortunately, the waypoint for the trial is not appearing, hindering my character's development.

I suspect that the issue might be related to a series of power outages caused by heavy rain in my area, which resulted in my computer shutting down or experiencing brief power losses. It's possible that one of these outages occurred while I was in the middle of the quest, causing it to become stuck in its current state.

You don't need to complete the quest to unlock the trial, you just need to find the Trial of Chaos on the map(not the world map) after beating the Chimera. The Chimera should drop the Chaos token to run the trial.

I think I expressed myself badly, I need to complete the quest from Act 2, to get my Ascendancy point. to open the Ascendancy Point Tree. I can't because there is no portal to the trial of sekhemas. I believe it doesn't exist because the state of this quest has a bug.
When a friend from the guild tries to teleport me there, the message that says is that I can't teleport due to my quest status not granting my access to that place.
I already have djin baria, the coin to open the trial. already dropped it

Edit: Whoops. No... for me the problem was the quest descriptor: it says to go talk to the NPC but then there is no such option with her.

The issue is that there is another prerequisite: a drop from the miniboss in the Traitors Passage. Once you have THAT drop, the proper quest dialogs appear.

Same problem here, and yes you need to kill Balbala to drop Balbala's Barya. But for me, I trade kill Balbala et so I didn't have the loot. Don't know what i can do

Same issue here. My quest is stuck in act 2 cruel and I didn't realize till I had already completed act 3 cruel. Now I'm locked out of endgame maps because it states I haven't completed the campaign.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

That isn't the same issue. The Known Issues thread pinned in this forum doesn't have much, but does have "Ascent to Power quest text in Cruel Act 2 is misleading."

Ascent to Power has to relation to being able to access Endgame.
The last part of the campaign every character has to do is running a map from the endgame town area, Ziggurat Refuge. They cannot use the map device in the hideout until they've run a map from the Ziggurat Refuge. And yes, this is poorly communicated.

Did u Guys kill Babala in Norm? Even if u did kill her again. Fix it for my friend.
