Act 2 Ascent to Power Quest Issue - Unable to Progress (bug)

I found that I couldn't do my first map from my hideout (with the same error of not having completed the campaign), but once i tried from the ziggurat refuge it worked

I still have this quest showing up in act 2 Cruel, and this problem has existed since the start of early access, still no change to fix this.

I am just going to assume this will never be fixed and will just go away when we get acts 4-6 on release.

I'm experiencing the same issue — I can't seem to complete this at all. The problem is that I have no access to the currency exchange on any of the NPCs that should have that option.

I've tried all the possible "fixes" I could find, but nothing has worked.

Right now, I can only run endgame maps from the refuge. I can’t access the currency exchange to trade items, which has basically left me stuck. I’m pretty much in limbo and unable to play the game. It's extremely frustrating.
