New patch gives permenant black screen

Black screen in the game, everything except the interface is not displayed!

Switching to any zoom mode other than DLSS fixes the problem! HDR remains enabled.

HDR mode is broken.
I unchecked the box and the image was displayed

I turned off nvidia dlss it worked so may be a problem with that

RTX4080S (Nvidia drivers: 572.70):
Using 3840x2160
Going from DLSS (no matter what quality) to FSR with HDR ON solves the problem.
disabling HDR with DLSS on also solves the problem.

More:

No matter water quality (high or low)

Switching quality of DLSS: let appear for a fraction of time artefact on background then goes black again

OS: Win11x64 up to date

Close HDR might help, at least it works on me.

Having DLSS + HDR as well as sharpness at 1 or higher is the cause. Turning the sharpness setting to 0 fixes the problem.

AMD card 7900XT never had HDR on and still black screen so HDR isnt the issue. The patch is buggy making the game unplayable shame it was fun

The issue (like many others in PoE2) seem to be related to Multithreading and the way the CPU handles way too many tasks in the game. In Riva Tuner, my CPU shows 95c+ for about 10 seconds when loading into maps and randomly during the maps as well for absolutely no reason. I have never seen my CPU above 80c in any game ever. Turning off Engine Multithreading instantly solves the black screen issue and most other issues, too.

The bottom line is, you guys really need to invest some time into core optimization, because currently you're basically frying people's hardware and make the game unplayable in the process.

I am having issues with getting into POE2 and going up to the grinding gear games logo. When it goes to the two little cogs it freezes and i have to restart my computer to clear it. Before this happened, I was trying to fix some stuttering issues and thought Direct X 12 was to blame then went to Direct X 11 and that's when the issues started.

I did hear from a friend that the EU servers were having issues yesterday but I'm not sure what's really going on. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and having the same issue. Please help!
