Monk (Chayula) ascendency Consuming Questions (not working properly) Poe2

Hi all!
Monk (Chayula) ascendency "Consuming Questions" is not working properly, ES leech is NOT working at all, mana leech is working ok. Was trying it as a caster and with a bow. So when my mana is full ES leech is also stops?
I will test it but where it written? it says that it has mana leach and ES leach. |

I've just tested ES leech is not working even if mana is low and you are leeching mana, ES still has no leech.
This passive skill is 100% broken. Otherwise it has some pitfalls that I doesn't know.\ Best regards. |

Show me anyone who it working? Probably it will be working with a mele but on the passive shown that it can be used on any type of damage. |

Bro we are talking about one ascendency only, I need it to be working properly :D
The passive says that it should leeck mana and energy shield and energy shield is not leeching at all, this is the case. |
