What boss OP is talking about? if it's about fighting +5 difficulty bosses sure they do have a lot more HP, that's why you fight them at level 0 and you go up when you're confortable going up, not sure what's the issue here.

So, here's the thing...
ALL the bosses in the game have weaknesses and strengths right? If you have played this game, you should know what the boss is before you even get to the room and especially before the fight starts if you pay attention to the room. Teleports are free now. Go get the appropriate gear and learn to fight the bosses. The terrain in a boss fight matters and learning their mannerisms to avoid big strikes matter. Roll into their melee attacks, not away. This isn't a game where DPS is the only stat that matters. You need resistances. You need main stats. You need defenses. Yes, none of those things matter if you mistime a slam from the big Gorilla, but ultimately, that's no different than hitting the button at the wrong time and jumping into a hole in Super Mario Bros, is it? The bosses have great drops and can also drop atlas books, so you're really robbing yourself if you skip them. As for the "this takes too long" argument, it's a boss fight. One-shot bosses are lazy, creatively bankrupt design by people out of ideas or have an inability in implement it properly.
GGG want to cram combos and one-shot bosses into the game despite the 35% on steam since they went full 'vision'. Console loot filter for POE2 Please!

THERE IS 2 PROBLEMS IN BOSS FIGHT!!
1-surly most of players got 1 hit killing (bad developing), so they need to restart allllllllllllll fight again. 2- some toons are not good to fight bosses, just to clear maps. game still unbalanced. there is only 2 or 3 tanky toon in game, and surprisingly none of them are melee. another unbalanced aspect, for lack of HP and max life/vita points in passive tree... so until they rework that ocean of stun points (passive tree) most of you will get toasted by 1 hit killing bosses. |

p sure the tankiest class in game is smith of kitava warrior, plenty melee there

How many 1 shot bosses do you think are in the game? Most, if not all, have generous warnings that something bad is coming and most of them cant actually 1 shot you if you have proper defenses or you use mitigation/movement to not stand there and take the whole hit.
If the issue is that you cant kill the bosses before they have an opportunity to unleash a big attack on you, or you don't move and the boss hits you, then the problem isn't the boss design. When all is one and one all, to be a rock and not to roll
