They confused everyone by posting at 04:30 UTC, but talking from the perspective of PDT.

i.e. 04:30 UTC on 1st May is actually 21:30 30th April in PDT. So when they say "tomorrow" they mean "tomorrow" with respect to PDT, but "today" with respect to UTC.

Clear as mud? :-)
