SERVER MAINTENANCE ETA

Would be so awesome if you could clearly indicate when you plan to do maintenance, how long the maintenance is planned to last and current ETA on maintenance.
All information I could find about current maintenance is: "PoE 2 servers are undergoing maintenance. Some features will be unavailable." Not very helpful... Last bumped on May 4, 2025, 9:51:06 AM

It's actually braindead how this system works. "approx 10 minute downtime" *60 minutes later* STILL NOTHING. They have no respect for their players.

" & Where is the public announcement for this? It feels impossible to gather information on server status besides constantly attempting to log in. I'm sure the servers are getting bombarded with connection attempts. & that doesn't excuse the fact that its been a whole hour now. This is literally peak player time. | |

doesn't really matter how long it takes. They could announce when the maintenance occur and how long it should take on the game login screen, then update it when things go sideways like it did today. Scrolling through forum posts isn't very convenient for the vast majority and even there, it's not mentioned.

Brother forgot to back up game before update sorry lads.. give him 5 days to re-build the entire game? tis a actual joke.
Implemented new game mechanics where nobody is allowed to play the game at all. That way they can reduce the amount of negative reviews & hatred towards this league. May as well add some form of 'battlepass' so they can sting as much money as they can from the players that have actually stuck through this league. 0.1.0 league had me hooked. I bought into some microtransactions because I actually enjoyed the game. I have no interest in buying anything this season because its far less enjoyable. It seems like common sense to me, make the game enjoyable to play before adding multiple forms of microtransactions. Update the communication barrier from developers to players. It's 2024 and the communication barrier is stuck in 2004. | |

GGG, please create a locked forum section where you make announcements regarding server maintenance and server down time. Strictly for notifying your customers of server maintenance and down time only.... with of course, the ability for us, the customers and players, to reply with our frustrations and complaints.
