aahhh you finally fixed the double spectres thing. it was the only thing that got me through content as a summoner, and even with that i still rerolled bc it was such a horrible experience. Even if you outright doubled spectres it would not be 1/10 as good as lightning spear still. thank god i rerolled my witch to lightning spear. After the patch, login screen server ping shows 26ms, but once logged in, fluctuates from 55ms to 300/400ms and stutters. This is happening on all servers I tried, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Auckland, is there a setting that is supposed to be set somewhere for better latency?
