Disgusting Visual Bug – Arrow Permanently Impaled in Character’s Back (Cause Identified)

I'm having this same bug.

Having this bug too. I feel like I've wasted the 50 points the MTX costs...

Exact same issue. Arctic armour, invisible buff effect. The issue persists.

Did it happen right after you used a skin transfer? I think I noticed the arrow after I used a skin transfer on my focus (I've been using invisible buff effect on arctic armour for a while and it was alright, but it was the first time I've ever bought and used skin transfer in PoE/PoE2). Since then it persists no matter what I try, I changed focus, changed arctic armour gem, reclaimed skin transfer, nothing helps. It's so annoying, I feel like I bricked my character.
Oh, after I typed this I checked preview of invisible buff effect in the in-game shop and it has arrow too!

I've had an arrow stuck in my back for over six months. Help me!
And the reason is most likely that the Arctic Armor effect asset is being replaced with the arrow asset (or is it a crossbow bolt?). Seriously, how much longer can this go on? Is it really that hard to fix?

Same issue here, Sorc with Arctic Armor being hidden, bump.

If you're gonna charge 5 bucks just to hide an effect, at least make sure it works properly.
