Path of Exile: Secrets of the Atlas Teasers

QoL stuff is great. If they could work in some veiled item targeting as part of the betrayal rework that would be great. Everyone knows GGG very well though. The more qol they sweeten the league with, the more likely there is a bitter pill somewhere in the changes. Think some thing like an overall move speed nerf amd cap.
Wait did people actually complain about not getting veiled crafts unlocked? :DDD
Kinda weird... well hope the few veiled crafts my build needs wont be now found red maps...

Also the real QOL would be to add 30quality (or 28q) and 1-6white back ZzZZz

edit: also veiled chaos where
edit2: hope its alternative if get the mod from item or maps (then its 10/10 change)

The unveil UI change is unnecessary, it's not more convenient than ctrl + left click June and throw every unveiled item into it to operate.

But the unlock method do lag our step to reach t16 and guardian, cause we could get and share unlocked crafts since act 9 without this bad change.

How dare you call an obvious nerf as QoL?????????????????

The only change to betrayal we players want is just getting veiled chaos orb back (and maybe 30q / 6 white back), which could be dropped by someone's chest as it dropped before, or just dropped by Catarina for sure, and keep the low drop chance of veiled orb.

Seems you're the betrayer GGG!

GGG Please Don't Remove Unlocking Crafts Through Unveiling.

The announced change to Betrayal seems to indicate that the crafts can no longer be unlocked through unveiling items and instead are to be found in specific core (natural) maps on the atlas.

This is a massive nerf to players ability to progress the atlas and a direct enforcement to complete the atlas for everyone that doesn't want to do it.

- Delvers
- Crafters!
- Heisters
- Sanctum Runners
- Lab Runners
- Literally anyone that doesn't just rush the atlas

Everyone is now FORCED to complete the ENTIRE atlas to get their crafts instead of spending a few chaos on the veiled items with a veiled prefix or suffix for the crafts that they need.

Everyone that plays a build which requires a specific craft (min charges, -mana cost, vaal soul gain prevention, focus modifiers, ailment avoid etc.) might not be able to get it at all, until they finish their entire atlas. In the current state, they can easily spend a few chaos to buy veiled items that grant it (or target farm it in lower tier maps).

This is a massive leap backwards in what you're supposed to provide players with, in terms of early crafting and gearing opportunities. Limited progressive crafting options should be available from the early maps, so that people have a way of gradually improving their character before they are done with progressing through the end game, not after they're done with it. This is completely backwards.

You do understand that now you can just buy and complete a map with the craft you need instead of buying bunch of items and gambling the unvail?

You dont need to progress whole atlas to unlock 1-2 crafts

You can just ask in world 1 and a great deal of guys will be happy to help you.

This could happen when you just reach act 9, but will only happen when many player reach t16 after this change.

BTW, the most difficult crafts are several focus craft on gloves, boots, helmets, and the spectral wolf on amulets. I'm sure you haven't use them and won't use them.

The only reason we farmed tons of unveiled items to unlock these useless crafts is just to say "Hey bro, I've unlocked [ALL] crafts, feel free to tell me any craft you want!"

terrible take lol. you can also just pay someone to craft what you need, probably cheaper than gambling unveils

this take is just "dont make it better for 90% of the players cause the other 10% wont like it"

Nope its complete opposite of what you wrote. This guy made a valid arguments and is totally right and your argument is non existent and to be frankly stupid. Also there is tons of people who hate having anything to do with tft not to mention scams you get with this "can pay people to craft you".

I don't really care if it stays the same or they go with this but just wanted to point out how ignorant you are.
More stronger and less white pollution screen mobs = heathier game experience.

So I guess veiled items get turned off on the filter at the same time as rares, at some point on day2 most likely

Hope they give betrayal some identity beyond XP and catarina rushing, but maybe its getting bumped off my early atlas setup now
