Mana fixes when?

i used one divine to update de guiding palm of the heart, but it just updated the fire damage, the attributes and the other effects didn't change.

Irradiated maps are bugged. Doesn't add monster lvl with this patch

i have not seen any normal breach (white) drop after the update? is there a new place to farm these?

Twisted Domain fight with Xesht still sucks. Game in whole is too frustrating and not fun anymore, runs like crap too with constant massive frame drops.
