I have the same issue!

And I don't know if there's a solution for this because I never used vulkan and DRX12 is just so much better for my FPS

whenever I'm in ultimatum or it just happen randomly,
two cogwheel appears and start reloading or just crash my game.
the worst result is it just shutdown my game.


Based on my observations over the past few weeks,
streamers never seem to have this issue.

In addition, if it’s due to a server crash,
your activated map will likely disappear the next time you login.

My spec:
RTX5070
Ultra 7 265KF
32GB

UPDATE:
I locked my FPS at 165 (although my monitor can only run up to 144hz)
My game stopped crashing
However, server ping spikes and server crash issues remain the same.

since last 2 patches the crashes is more frequently.. sometimes happens in login screen :/

I have the same issues.
When it comes to playing "higher" content. Like 20% Similacrum t17 strongbox maps or blighted maps.
Tried every thing that can be done even reinstalled windows.

I am continuously getting the "Path of Exile.exe has stopped working" error and get thrown out of the game with no explanation a minute after starting the game. This used to happen occasionally before, but today it's just over and over, I can't do anything and it just crashes over and over whether I want to load an existing character or create a new one.

After scouring the forums like a desperate [Removed by Support], the reason for my crashes was the MTX 'Ring of Demon Slayer'.

Removed the MTX and i stopped crashing in t17 delirium/abyss maps. Hope this helps
