So why Frostbolt or Fireball socketed into Cast on Critical could count as attack?

I see, we have to play arrogant.

You compare cast on shock to cast on crit. Maybe you don't have any idea what you're talking about either.

The cast on crit proc is far more reliable than the other 'cast on' gems.

please read carefully:

Frostball and Fireball are spells, they are not "Attack", no need to explain, so even you cast a spell with Trinity on, you don't get any count, easy to understand.

But spells socketed in COC, would eventully build up Trinity count, that's a bug, all 100% crit spear players are so happy with it to fill up Trinity fast.

And spells socketed in COS( because I'm playing lightning arrow ), are not count to build up Trinity, and that's normal.

What I'm saying is, spells come from COC count as attack are bug, understand?

What else I'm saying is, why COS can't have that same bug so I could fill my Trinity.

So my conclusion is: COC spell count as Attack is a bug and GGG knew it and dare not to fix it because that'll rule out lots meta bug play.

Again - post some build that works as you described. We came from "many many builds" to "all" without single example.

what's wrong with you? do you even read my words? Gsssss, you win, I don't know what you win but you win, you are great

What is wrong with you?!?

I put Ball Lightning,Frostbolt and Fireball in Cast on Shock with Trinity on, no build up, OK? I don't need to prove it. What is wrong with you?

What prove you need?

OK, thank you first, because you made me to play several times with Fireball and Frostbolt, they count, I was wrong.

The only thing is they are way much weak than my lightning damage, so even the screen full of balls and effects, hardly I can get fire and cold damage, only for a short moment, I could get full fire but soon they been overide by lightning damage, and the cold one is the most weak( lvl 2) ,so abselutly no count.

I don't know how to get even fire and cold damage at the same time, please help me.

I want to see any build, that use coc fire/frostbolt to feed trinity. You said there are "many nany builds", then you changed it to "all". Link me atleast one, cuz im not aware of cuch thing, it should not work as you described and if someone use these spells on coc, its most likely for different reason.

I made build for Splinter (lvl 1 unique poison spear) and i made trinity functional without any spells by simply balancing elements from rings. You can even grab Against the Darkness with extra cold+fire to make it easy, so theres no reason to use spells on coc.

I dont care about your cast on shock setup, it wont work cuz you are using spells. I want to see any build that use coc spells to feed trinity.

That looks like "i have 2 free slots in coc, lets throw some utility in". CoC is there clearly as charge generator. Lightning ball is filler for some shock chance, low frostbolt probably for chilled ground as sort of defense layer. If it was supposed to be for trinity, it would have fire and cold spell.

The whole thing looks like very expensive and rather unsuccessful experiment.
