How Secrets of the Atlas Launch Went

and GGG do nothing

We better see some actual evidence about the DDoS attacks. It's an easy excuse to blame server instability on, but it's about time some proof was shown. This is not a new issue.

EU servers are dead now. I tried Washington server, but DC again. On my juiced corrupted map what i need to progress my atlas. I dont have the resources on leaugestart to keep up with this. I lost like 3 maps today in an hour.
And ofc, GGG policy: no compensation. How should the average player progress if we loose our maps and materials to roll them?
DO SOMETHING! WE CANT PLAY LIKE THIS.

I love this game, i just want to play it!

Even if DDOS is the real issue with the servers it's not something unique to GGG. What is unique to GGG is their ineptitude to dealing with the problem. It's causing the league to fall flat when the league was meant to be an apology for the disaster that was GGG and path of exile 2 for the past YEAR.

It is impossible to play the game with incest for the scarab map orbs, everything is going away with these rollbacks, I lost dozens of powered maps and hundreds of scarabs. I want my friend to play or leave until the next league, as well as many other people. Do something and give compensation to people.

Merc oneshot me? Nooo waaaay?
How was that not anticipated??

A whole year without a league and you bring a new league out and we cant even play it so there wasnt even any point in releasing it yet because of how unfinished it is. Literally have nothing to show to EU players since we cant even play properly. Fix the rollbacks by giving the items back instead of endlessly sending them to the void. Your entire years work has went to waste cause you havent got anything for people to play its actually quite sad

Currently the leading issue we’re looking to address with the league is that a number of Mercenary skills, especially once you get to the middle of the campaign start to deal overwhelming amounts of damage to the player, often instantly killing you, you should expect a patch in the near future that puts all these skills more in line. This will not affect the Mercenary balance when they are your ally.

Thank you GGG. Some of them are really overtuned! I like a challenge but some of them is straight up one shot even if you would put EVERY point in defense lol.

Hideout is a different instance. I spent some time in Kalgur and trading without crashing. But after started farming maps got most instantly dcs
