Holding Alt No Longer Shows Currency in Trade Window/Inventory

I literally thought I'm making this up and this was never a feature. Thank god I'm not the only one.

i thought i was tripping...
i press alt doesnt work then trying out random keys like ctrl, shift, alt+ctrl... ok this need fixing! |

Also experiencing this - checked through Settings Menu but couldn't find a toggle option - seems to be disabled currently.
