Incarnation of Dread stuck on "bring blue rose"

Problem persists.. just got stuck in the same place.

Still happening next patch, lul.
It appears it's because we died after getting the red flower and when we rejoin the arena, both flowers get spawned, and u can't get the blue flower if there's a red flower present, but your quest is to get the blue flower.
Ngl, kinda weird this bug is still in the game after such a long time...

The issue is still here, died and can't pick up a rose now.

Bump, stuck at same place, bring blue rose back, uber version

Still exists, leap slammed onto the blue rose but died mid animation and then stuck on the bring the blue rose back.. I can also see the red and blue rose but just run through both of them, and the boss doesnt do anything if i stand on him like it should
