Abnormal disconnect: failed to join any instances

Constant disconnects, failed to connect to any instance messages.
And I lost 3 excellent tier 14 waystones...due to disconnecting during play. I know we don't have items restored, but its pretty frustrating to be running low on waystones and have game crashes which losethem! Last edited by sutekh#0745 on Jun 24, 2025, 8:35:58 AM

Just got this error too after attempting to portal to the Sarn Encampment, Act 8.

Had 10+ dc's so far so might call it a night. If you stuck and can't get in after a DC, try going to options and change from windowed full screen to full screen or vice versa and it should let you in. (got this tip when I searched error)

I was able to log in after changing to fullscreen. But when I went and did Merciless lab, it didn't give me any Ascendancy points. And when I tried to take the portal back to town, it gave me the error of no instances available. I switched to Windowed again and it let me thru. But still no points.

I'm also experiencing the same thing - tried AU and NZ realms but to no avail
