Have no minion Chaos resistance and Fleshcrafter wont let me cast AG suddently

Skill Gem Changes

Animate Guardian: Animated Guardians now retain their items when they die.
However, if your Animated Guardian dies you cannot summon an Animated Guardian again in that area (unless that area is a hideout).

You gave your Animate Guardian 50+% Chaos Resistance.

Fleshcrafter is executing him each and every time you summon him.

To get around this, either replace your body armour or replace the Animated Guardian's offending equipment. If you don't know which pieces of equipment it has Chaos Resistance on, you'll need to gradually replace it all - one piece at a time - until its Chaos Resistance drops below 50% and your unique body armour no longer causes it to have 0 life.

Thank you now I know why.
I thought that gears will be lost at the time of his death.
Now the gears will not be lost, that's why he was wearing gears when I cast AG.
Also that's why he was keep dying wearing one of the gear which might has Chaos res.

Since I do not know the gear spec, i changed all gears without any Chaos res. now i am able to summon AG again.
