Unable to use new trade function. "You do not have the required quest state" error message when trying to travel to seller's hideout. Please advise :)

So one cannot buy items until act 4?

The F use is it then? if that's the case its only good for trading endgame items.
Everything in this game is Frustration instead of Fun. I'm 100% serious just gonna go play last epoch instead. I like PoE2's theme and grim vibes, but dfangdfagrwsYIFBSDFAHGSAFBDSAFDSAGF is it an obnoxious game! Need to be level 25? Ok fine I go grind to 25, glad the item I wanted is still for sale. What is the point if you can't trade before Act4?

Trade after act 4? Did not played since 0.1, thought with 0.3 market now it would be possible to play with pleasure... yea. |

Agreed, the start of this game is terrible. Too Hard, drops suck, vendors never, ever have what you need. Finally have enough currency to get some average boots, but NO, you have to get to Act 4. I know these guys say they love the pain, but very few of their users do.. just not fun.
