Give us a way to interrupt this heal, or make that heal less impactful. I can't bring Zolin down because of her drain. This shouldn't be about a dps check GGG, you know better!

I agree with the previous comments. This boss can heal itself an unlimited number of times, almost like fighting someone using a cheat program. I'm trying to understand the person who designed a boss that can heal for 300,000 to 400,000 HP at a time—it's just too much. I don't get what they're trying to make us understand about this boss. It's not fun at all and it just becomes boring.
This is especially true for Lich players, who rely on damage over time (DoT). We do about 200,000 to 300,000 damage, and the boss is suddenly back at full health. I've tried adjusting my skills multiple times and now I'm almost out of resources. In short, this boss was created to specifically counter DoT builds because of its ability to heal for 200,000 to 300,000 HP at a time, and it can use this ability repeatedly. At the very least, I hope the dev will adjust the boss's healing just like a longer cooldown between uses, as DoT builds can't kill a boss with a single burst of damage. |

Yep. I agree. I am running a lich build. I tried the support gem that halves healing when a non-aliment dot is active. Made no difference that I could see. Spent an hour just running around in circles with neither of us being able to kill each other. I died 4 times from loosing interest and accidentally getting zapped and one time by committing suicide.
Reading these comments, it amazes me that minions getting hit help with the healing. Well thats crap if you are running a minion build. Perhaps if I had some idea that was actually what was happening I might have respecced but the fight mechanics aren't all that obvious and in most games I would assume that minions are designed to not be a liability in situations like this. I mean skeletons don't even have blood to harvest so what is she drinking? It is so disheartening when you spend minutes on end dodging every attack perfectly, getting her down to about %30 health and then a few moments later she is back to full health because you lost concentration through boredom or your minions got in the way without you understanding that is a thing. Just a deadening experience and a wasted night. To be clear, this was the mapping version of them. Funnily enough I don't recall them being much of a problem in the campaign. |
