Ritual Altars not spawning on some maps

Over two weeks and still not fixed
No fun is allowed (GGG, 2020).

Happened to me on an Abyssal overrun cleansed Riverhold map with Map boss, Breach, Rituals and kill rares. Completed the map and the extra content and cleared the fog of war from entire map. No ritual found. T15 corrupted map with max affixes. This also happened earlier with a Bluff Precursor Tower map with Overrun Abyss, Breach and Ritual Altars. T16 map with max affixes, delirium and corrupted. |
