Lighting Warp and Ball Lightning not working on Zahmir, the Blade Sovereign boss

Yeah just happened to me too, I seem to have had it happen in other bosses too but I can't remember right now. Also extremely annoying that you get this weird movement debuff and you cant do anything till he spawns, some builds need to ramp up and this 'mechanic' or should i say, 'blunder' stops that, I mean i would get it if there was something before every boss to stop people ramping up their dmg/regen, but I think after the reveal in campaign, its really not needed, doesn't add anything to the fight other than penalizing certain builds.

I had to google to confirm I wasn't going crazy. For some reason I could not click and warp to the balls. I thought my mouse was broken or something.
