This issue is still happening, just happened on juiced T16 waystone :/

I am playing HC and encounter this bug and stuck in arena. Is there any way to reset my game?

Same problem here with the Black Crow boss going permanently invulnerable a bit above 50% health in a map, and on a corruption nexus node for me. Extremely annoying.

Same here, T16 map, doesnt go into the bell phace. What if i close the game. And loging like 15-20 min after that?
