Same here, I ran hundreds of them and didn't have a single one drop, this is ridiculous.

That said, loot feels nerfed across the board

Can't confirm that. At least perfect JOs have dropped in way higher numbers than in 0.1/0.2 for me. but the drop rate of top lvl 20 gems is abysmal. I haven't even seen a lvl 19 spirit gem drop yet, but I'm drowning in lvl 18 gems I don't need.
And you can't even reforge/upgrade that shit...

ive had 20 divs this season but only 2 lvl 20 gems drop lol

It's more than 1 month into the league and you already dropped?

I got 2 characters past level 90 and other 2 i'm doing maps with. level 80-81 maps before 0.3.1, level 82 whenever it was possible.
That's progression thing and has nothing to do with currecny exchange for those who could say "you can buy them, they're only 1 or 2 divines".

I have 700 div and around another 600 in items on my character and only ever seen 3 drop all season lol

However they're like 150 ex each, almost 1/4 of a div each right now, they pretty cheap just buy one.
